Garlic

Hi I've just started today and trying to work out my weekly meals. Could someone tell me how many syns in ginger, lime and chilli chicken? First meeting is Thursday so attempting without books until then. I looked at my friends so I have a fair idea of the basics. Thank you.

Is it a shop bought piece of chicken or have you marinated it yourself?

Is it the Tesco Healthy Living ginger, lime and chilli chicken?

If so I believe each breast is 0.5 syns ....

Yes it's the Tesco one. Would normally make my own but got this in the fridge. I assumed it was free as its chicken but thought I might have to count ginger or the chilli. Thanks

When you don't make it yourself it's just about what they use to marinate the chicken I suppose... Sometimes you have to do these things though

You can do it!

Some stuff you can have on SW for a sweet tooth:
Strawberries
Raspberries
Options hot choc
Sugar free jelly

Remember there are low syn ideas you can add to your week also like add a muller to meringues and sprinkle over snack size cadburys buttons. Moderation
