Syns at Slug and Lettuce

Hi all

I am planning on going to Slug and Lettuce tomorrow night and was wondering if anyone could help me with the Syn values.

I really fancy the look of the lemon-and-garlic-glazed grilled chicken, with cherry tomatoes and watercress, and I want to swap the chips out for sweet potato fries (because they are healthier and so much more tasty!)

Does anyone know how many Syns that would be?

I tried working it out
Chicken 0
Tomatoes 0
Watercress 0
Lemon and Garlic Glaze (with oil) 4
Sweet potato fries (small portion) 9.5

Does that sound about right?

That sounds about right. Sweet potato fries can be made with only 1.5 syns, but guessing they are fried so about 7-9 syns.

Tbh normal fries would probably be about the same.

The lemon and garlic glaze could be anywhere between 3 - 5 depending on who is cooking. Could ask them to go easy on it

Sounds like a great option for a meal out
