I always use my ActiFry for chips I've always just assumed they are Syn free. I'm thinking that maybe I've got it wrong and been not been syning my chip

Does anyone know how many Syns are in ActiFry chips?

Are you using vegetable oil or frylight?

If you are using frylight it is syn free.

I'm not sure about vegetable oil - I think it is 2 syns per portion (but don't quote me on that)

When I do actifry chips for us 4 I use about 1.5 tablespoons of oil, which is about 9 syns total. So works out 2 and a quarter syns per serving

Yep syn free with 1 cal spray or 2 syns with a tablespoon of oil (per potion)
