Well done to your other half - I've found it so much easier when mine is on board! Sorry to hear about your gain Elen, any idea what caused it? If you don't mind me asking of course? I gave myself a kick up the backside after my last two weigh ins and lost 3lb. I'm all for losing slowly but I felt that I needed to change it up a bit so I didn't have my usual weekend drinks and planned ahead instead of thinking...well two days off won't hurt. Because they did - I'm trying to change binge eating habits as well as losing weight into the bargain so I've got to think about my relationship with food as well. Hope this week is good for you x

So sorry for the gains Elen, I know the mind games it can play. I noticed you're not posting your foods anymore, are you logging at home? I'm struggling to break a stall at the moment so do know it's not always easy to log and lose, but hope you can find a way back to those numbers you were logging before and share the success your OH is seeing.

Thanks fpr the kind words everyone. I know exactly where I'm going wrong, I've been away 3 times in 3 weeks, each time in a situation where I have no say over what I'm fed (twice at a conference and once visiting my mum!) And because of that I've just slipped into old habits and started snacking and not giving any thought to my meals. Eating at home is great because we always have the house stocked up with sw friendly foods, it's just been hard keeping control when I'm put of my home environment. I gave up on my journal because I found it depressing to list all the bad foods Ive been eating so I will try to get back to it because I think that will help.

2lbs off this week, so now down to 12.1 - Hopefully I can break the 12 stone barrier this time around and not keep putting on and losing these same 2lbs!

Last week I was 11.st 7lb
Today I am 11 stone 3,1/2

Well done everyone! Stayed the same for me - going to try an SP few days to see if I can get some pounds shifted!
