Wow that is fantastic!! Well done - How much have you lost in total? Do you post your food diary in the journal area? Would love to get some tips along the way.

Hi purple j I'm no angel when it comes to dieting, I'm always yo yo ing
my heaviest was 15st 3lbs a size 22 I lost 2 stone for my wedding and a further stone before I became pregnant so I'm now at the lightest I've ever been and a size 14.

I do slimming world from home now instead of going to group as its difficult to find time being in full time employment and a full time mummy.

I write down everything I eat in a note book and add up my syn's that way but if it will help you I can share my food diary on here each week. You will see in no angel I think this weeks loss was mainly to do with the time of the month.

The top tip I have is if you feel like chocolate - have a hot chocolate.
I'm the kind of person who if I have a biscuit that's not enough and end up eating half a pack so to stop that I just don't have any and have a snack a jax caramel instead or walkers pops. Or the Muller cheesecake yoghurts.
My weakness is the weekends at home where there is so much I can pick at but I try and make up for that with walking.

Wow, that was a great loss, we'd all be over the moon for a loss like that every week.

I lost a little lb this week which I can stand, as long as it's off and not on that's all that matters.

Great tips thanks am going to make a low calorie / fat trifle tomorrow for my 'treat' night after weigh in. No other treat needed, just that. lol

So since my very 1st post here & jst coming back from holidays I weighed in this morning & I am now 13st 7.5lb. Half a stone in 3wks is not God but I enjoyed my holiday & I started SW from home 2day. Back 2 work wed so another day 2 get my a&@e in gear!!

Well done on the losses, some good 1s, keep it up x

Hi every1 a day l8 but bar l8 than nvr!!

Lost 2 yesterday so now 13st 5.5.

Hope u all had a gd wk. off now 2 update diary 😁 x
