Hi purple j I'm no angel when it comes to dieting, I'm always yo yo ing
my heaviest was 15st 3lbs a size 22 I lost 2 stone for my wedding and a further stone before I became pregnant so I'm now at the lightest I've ever been and a size 14.
I do slimming world from home now instead of going to group as its difficult to find time being in full time employment and a full time mummy.
I write down everything I eat in a note book and add up my syn's that way but if it will help you I can share my food diary on here each week. You will see in no angel I think this weeks loss was mainly to do with the time of the month.
The top tip I have is if you feel like chocolate - have a hot chocolate.
I'm the kind of person who if I have a biscuit that's not enough and end up eating half a pack so to stop that I just don't have any and have a snack a jax caramel instead or walkers pops. Or the Muller cheesecake yoghurts.
My weakness is the weekends at home where there is so much I can pick at but I try and make up for that with walking.
