A piece of cake.

Whoops, sorry, shouldn't use that phrase.

Done and dusted

Well, that's it then.
Not only reached target but passed it by 3.5 lbs. A bit of an anticlimax really.
I was going to celebrate with a Cadbury's Cream Egg but it's still in the car glove box. Hope the air con hasn't melted it.

I plot my weigh in results on the Slimming World website and this is a screenshot of my page.
At least it shows steady progress, well apart from Christmas week.

Keep going everyone.

Paul

Maintain weight = 8 stone 9 lbs.
This week half a pound off (making up somewhat for the 1 and a half lbs on last week!).
Current weight = 8 stone 10 and a half.

There's something not quite right about the title, "Greatest Loser", and I did look a right berk wearing a red sash.
I'll just be thankful there's no photographic evidence. (phew)

LOL. Your posts make me giggle Paul

On the subject of 'Greatest Loser' ... HOW to you win this? I have googled now and then and can't find the info. I'm asking for a friend you understand.

I'm glad I can make someone smile.

The dubious title is awarded by head office to whoever has lost the most in your group at this particular moment in time.
It just happens to be me till someone beats me.

When I joined we had a very petite lady who to be honest I did wonder what she was doing there. I found out afterwards that she had lost 8 stone but after Xmas she moved on to gym work outs on spin bikes.
My 3 and a bit seems inconsequential in comparison, as it does to your loss.

Since you like a laugh how about my T-shirt print?

Paul

Is it awarded just once a year Paul?

So head office decide from all the members in one group? Is that one member out of the whole group (ie if there are 4, 5, 6 etc. different classes within one group?).

Also, how comes the lady who had lost 8 stone didn't get it but you with 3 stone off (which btw, is very admirable too), did? I don't understand. Nothing new there probably :-D
