Aileen has reached target, half a pound below to be precise, so now at 9st-13.5lb.
Slimmer of the month and joint slimmer of the week. Well done dear.

I lost another 2.5lb so pleased with that.


Having reached target and then adding another stone to my goal it had put me off a bit, but back in the swing of things now.

My motivation is well and truly out the window
I had one day off plan last Saturday as it was my Birthday and I have put back on everything I lost in Jan cannot describe how gutted I am...

Just the one pound this week.
I was savage, as just another half would have given me my three stone badge.

I've started a big push for next week starting today with another veg & chicken soup
and a ten mile lunchtime ride on my new bike. Just got to break the saddle in.
( Not sure what will give first, me or the saddle. )

19 more miles lunchtime, with no lunch.

That half pound is as good as gone.

You must eat lunch Paul... not eating has the opposite effect for losses... plus with all that cycling you'll need the energy

It's very kind of you to be concerned but all is in hand.
Being a diabetic I always carry an emergency Jelly Baby.


Your not supposed to enjoy exercise anyway. No pain, no gain.

You only enjoy the after effects, like being able to run down to Greggs to get your donuts. Never miss the hot ones!
