I've just posted on your journal, but move forward from now, allow for tomorrow - 1 meal - and keep on plan 100% and I'm sure you can make this work for you.

PJ is right. Allow yourself the meal at Pizza express, and then be on it 100% for every other meal you'll get there Hun!

2lbs off for me was very pleased, and it also means I'm in the next stone bracket!

I did a bad thing and looked at my home scaled this morning. 13stone 7lbs!! I know that I will add a couple of lbs for daily fluctuation but I really hope this means I have a loss. Would love 2lbs but would settle for 1. I am going to the gym first though so this may affect my losses

Really hope you get your desired loss, but you are not far away from it and you know that now! hope the gym doesn't affect you but enjoy and get sweaty! lol
