I think part of the 'journey' with SW for me has been not to feel guilt over food. Even on days when I'm not 100% on plan, I know that I can pull it back. Eat better the next day and not beat myself up about it.
It's partly why I've slowed down in Weight loss, but it's real life, it's got ups and downs.
