Well... I last visited the forum when I initially started and weighed in on Tuesday 12 Jan at 19 stone 5lb. It's been going well...
Tue 19 Jan = 19st 0lb (-5lb)
Tue 26 Jan = 18st 11lb (-3lb)
Tue 2 Feb = 18st 6ln (-5lb)
So three weeks and 13lb off, not quite sure how... I've been eating very well, steaks, bologneses, chilli, beef casserole etc etc etc
I'm sure the losses will slow a little but I'm happy with a nice head start
