Well done on all the losses!
I don't know what is going on with me? I'm sticking to it...been 100% on plan this week and written everything down...so was disappointed with my maintain.
I'm the same weight I was 4 weeks ago...shame I'm no where near target yet, as I reckon I'll be damn good at the maintaining thing!!
Oh well...crack on with another week, and keep my fingers crossed that my body realises I am being good and shifts some pounds next week.
