SW tasting nights

Hi just wondering what everyone takes to tasting nights at slimming world. I work all day and go to the class after work and need something that doesn't need refrigerated.... any ideas? Thanks

I'm the same as you. I get home at 6 and leave for group 45 minutes later, so there's no time to make anything the same day.
I usually make my things on the Sunday as I weigh on Monday nights.
If you get chance to go home before going to group, what about something in the slow cooker?
I usually take some dessert type thing. Last time I made a chocolate orange cheesecake (from the website) which I made the day before and kept in the fridge.
Other times I've made the weetabix cake the day before and it's still good for WI (I posted the recipe on here somewhere)

Failing all of the above, there's nothing wrong with turning up to a punnet of grapes or other fruit if you're caught short and don't have time to make anything

Of deep filled luxury mince pies. That'll raise a smile.

Damn. That's the second time this week I've mentioned deep filled mince pies. See, there I go again.
