Struggling to keep motivation

It's only been 2 and a half weeks on slimming world I have already lost 8.5lbs but now I've hit a point where I am getting bored and consumed both a mc Donald's meal a large bag toffee popcorn and a bag of share chocolate... I'm feeling like I've completely ruined it and I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems and hoe to get over them as I really need to lose the weight

I'm terrified of getting on the scale in group and putting on weight

Oh honey, we ALL get those days/weeks. Sometimes even months!

You won't have completely ruined it. You may have set yourself back a little, and if you have, try your best not to be too disheartened. Try to make it motivate you to do better next week.

Can you pinpoint what it is that has got you so bored? Is it that you're feeling really restricted? Are you not seeing results in the mirror yet? If you could be a little more specific, we may be able to throw some tips and tricks your way. We're all here to help

We all get to that point, believe me!
Firstly, well done on your losses so far! That's brilliant!!!

Are you using your syns?
Are you planning your meals or figuring it out when you get home?
Do you think you 'binged' because you've felt deprived at all?
Did you take your measurements when you started? That's always a good thing to do because when you have those weeks where the scales don't show much, the inches are disappearing instead.
Do you feel hungry at all whilst on plan?
Have you got other things going on that may be getting you down?

I don't mean to sounds patronising in the slightest, but I'm just trying to think of things that I've seen other people do that could be the reason for your bad day
