Was wondering if anyone has made porridge with this. This would be free and i could use my HEB on something else.
Would you make it with just water then add sweetener.
Any ideas welcome

I make a raw buckwheat porridge and love it. You soak the buckwheat overnight in water, then drain and rinse. Add it to a blender with whatever fruit you like. I usually use frozen berries and banana, plus a bit of milk. Blend until coarse. It's very nutritious
