Don't be disheartened by the 2lb loss. Not everyone has a huge loss on their first week, and it could always happen on your second week.
It may not be a 'huge' loss because you may have been eating better than you realised when you started following the plan again, or your body just may not have gotten used to the plan yet. Don't let it bug you
I've done exactly the same as you, lost the weight and then put it all back on. So I know exactly where you are coming from!
As for the not going to the toilet, I've had that a few times when I get back on plan but it does regulate itself.
You could always try green tea, I've found it helps sometimes rather than taking some kind of tablet for it.
They do some great flavours in the Twinings range. Salted caramel is lovely, and the fudge one
