In to week 2 of SW need advice

Hi I am new to forum. I am following SW at home (got all the books as have done before and lost 3.5 stone, all put back on and more ) I lost 2 pounds the first week, was hoping for more to be honest, stuck to the plan 100%. Anyway am sticking to it, but for the last 4 days I have been unable to go to the toliet, and am starting to worry!!! Drinking loads of water and having weetabix etc. Any ideas will be greatfully received.

Hi sassysun, welcome to Social Slimmers!

Don't be disheartened by the 2lb loss. Not everyone has a huge loss on their first week, and it could always happen on your second week.
It may not be a 'huge' loss because you may have been eating better than you realised when you started following the plan again, or your body just may not have gotten used to the plan yet. Don't let it bug you

I've done exactly the same as you, lost the weight and then put it all back on. So I know exactly where you are coming from!

As for the not going to the toilet, I've had that a few times when I get back on plan but it does regulate itself.
You could always try green tea, I've found it helps sometimes rather than taking some kind of tablet for it.
They do some great flavours in the Twinings range. Salted caramel is lovely, and the fudge one I love the mint one too.

Hi Sassysun. Don't lose heart, you've done it before and you can do it again.
Increasing fibre intake can sometimes be quite binding at first. Keep up the water intake and make sure you get some form of exercise. Going very low fat also slows down the bowels, so if you can, think about synning a healthy oil such as olive or coconut. Good luck!
