washing up

How do you all cope with the washing up generated by all the cooking from scratch I'm always cooking and according too hubby use everything possible in kitchen too do my cooking lol 😁. In our house the rules are if you cook you don't wash up but how does everyone else cope?

Sometimes I wash things as I go. Or I'll at least stack things in the sink in a way that makes it easier when I get round to it later on.

We do own a dishwasher, but I refuse to use it. I despise unloading it so I'd rather hand wash everything, even if it means I have to empty and refill the sink!
