Yes you will still lose weight, but personally I find that the SW recipes can be huge and I've struggled to eat a portion of a lot of the recipes.
By all means if you want it, eat it
Just make sure you've got at least 1/3 of your plate as your speed foods, as that's what helps with the losses (which you know, I realise that lol)
