Playing tennis will count towards your body magic awards.
You don't have to complete the fit log sheets, your consultant doesn't need to see them like they do with your food diary. Your body magic is something that you work towards by completing regular exercise on a weekly basis.
If I remember correctly, to get your bronze award you need to complete 4 x 15 minutes of exercise a week, for 4 weeks. Every moderately intense activity that you enjoy for 15 minutes or more counts. It needs to be something that gets your heartbeat up and (without sounding disgusting) makes you sweat a little. Which I would imagine playing tennis will easily do
You should have a book in your new member pack that talks you through your body magic awards, and how much exercise you need to do for each award, but it is basically completing certain minutes of exercise each week for so many weeks to build up to each award. To get each certificate you should just need to tell your consultant, or one of their social team that you need your bronze certificate, and then again 4 weeks later for your silver, etc.
Does all that make sense? I'm working from memory as I don't have my full new member pack with me!
