I'll be honest, I'm not nentirely sure, but it could have some effect on your losses.
But to be honest, 2.5lbs in 2 weeks isn't a bad thing at all! Everyone always wants a 4lb or more loss in their first week but it doesn't happen for most people.
Everyone loses weight at a different rate, and some people will get those big losses in their first week, but a lot of people will only lose 2lb a week.
As you've only been on the plan for 2 weeks, I would absolutely advise you to continue for at least another 2 weeks and see what happens.
Sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for your body to adjust to the changes in your diet.
Have you been using your syns everyday? I'm not saying you need to use all of them, but it's generally advised that you use at least 5 per day to make sure that you don't feel deprived of anything.
