Fuel for exercise

I do a lot of exercise and wonder if there are others out there who struggle a little to know how to fuel exercise sessions whilst following the slimming world plan. I used to be a peanut butter on rice cakes kinda girl but that's out at the moment.

Off to the gym after work this evening and I'm struggling to think what to eat that will get me through a spin class. I guess I could make some kind of pasta salad to eat but that feels like a full on meal...
