I generally drink 2.5 L of water a day at least if I can't I'll drink three-ish.
Typically for me, I have something like the following:
Breakfast: melon, strawberries
Snack: Apple, satsuma
Lunch: usually a salad with tuna/ham/ chicken, but sometimes a SW friendly meal
Snack: some more fruit pears, nectarines, peaches, I always pick from the speed fruits)
Tea: anything from chilli, bolognese, stir frys, curries, burgers with SW chips, or a piece of meat (chicken breast, steak, gammon) with veggies and maybe some form of potato (chips, jacket, new potatoes, etc)
