I am the same!
I eat lots of protein and that keeps me full for ages.
So breakfast would be scrambled eggs, lean bacon, low syn sausage and speed tomatoes/mushrooms.
Lunch would be P foods too along with some free carbs but not loads as they bloat me, plus S veg.
Tea similar too lunch. Plus my HeB usually 2 Hi Fi bars as yummy snacks.
Plenty of fluids.
