I managed to get myself down from 17st 13lb to 17st 2lb in 12 weeks (a few too many takeaways kinda set me back a bit) before I joined SW. I've been having as many Syn-free meals as possible over the last few days, adding Super Foods to as many as I can, and I've been walking between 1 - 1.5 miles a day.
Am going to my first proper weigh-in tomorrow. Very nervous. Would like to surprise myself and see 16st 13lb on the scales but not sure how realistic that is for a first weighing.
Looking forward to seeing any weight come off though, tbh
