I've been an online SW member for about 6 weeks now. I lost 6lbs over 3 weeks but then gained 5 (ate out x 3 with lots of alcohol too!)
I've since lost a couple of lbs but I'm finding it really hard to be consistent and actually lose weight.
How do you do it and stick to it and lose?!
Carbs aren't really my friend so I try not to have bread and I'm not really a pasta fan so if I do have carbs it'll be jacket spud, SW chips or maybe rice.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
