and well done. Starting up a journal might help others check everything over as time passes.
I'm sure over a level period of say a month you'll likely see losses even if they fluctuate a bit?
I think exercise can cause some water gain / muscle repair etc I certainly saw that when I was still lifting weights. I'm not doing so much these days but hope to add more in.
