Tough week

I haven't been on this for a while, and well these past three weeks of SW frm home has gone alright. I have lost 7lbs in three/four weeks, which for me is good. However after weighing myself and finding this out, I suddenly want to eat everything. My syns have gone over for today, and I'm not too happy about it.

I have a meal plan to stick to, which has been working, and I also made a speed soup which I had for dinner last night and for lunch today. I probably will even take some into work for lunch tomorrow.

On the meal plan for tomorrow is a 'take away' of some sort, but I feel if I have that with my boyfriend, that my syns will just go out of control. I was only planning on having hot and sour soup (5 syns), boiled rice and cook a chicken breast at homme .... I can allow myself to have that, surely.. ?
Then have no syns all weekend (which I have done before, and it's worked well). I always eat my speed veg with dinner and I try to with lunch, but now I have made the soup it's helping a lot!

My syns for today are:
- one pack of Quavers
- two Cadbury Freddos
- 100ml more of semi skimmed milk on top of my HEX A
- one Curlywurly

I'm just stuck and could do with a little advice.

Firstly, well done on the losses! That's a brilliant loss
I know the feeling of seeing a good result on the scale and then wanting to just eat everything! I've done it plenty of times and I usually end up feeling guilty afterwards.
Your Syns for today aren't as bad as they could have been. It totals 22. That's not that bad when you think of what you could have eaten.
I know it's the easiest thing in the world to say, but try to not let today get to you and throw out your whole week.
And yes you can absolutely have a soup and then make your own Fakeaway I would
Get some different veggies to what you'd normally have, throw a bit of chilli flakes into your dish... make it interesting and tasty so you don't feel left out

Maybe don't cut out all Syns this weekend? Don't completely deprive yourself of anything at all, just have a little bit of something maybe?

Thanks for the help Sarah, I've got a KitKat Chunky in the fridge still waiting for me one evening soon. I think I will have that on Saturday night, and I'll have my fakeaway on Friday night

It's a good think the Muller light yoghurt are free because they're a life saver sometimes!

Sounds like a plan
There's no reason to deprive yourself if you go off track for one day. Just get back on plan the next day and still have some Syns, some people still carry on with the 5-15 Syns the next day.

And I agree with the mullers! I usually get some berries and a meringue nest and I've got a very tasty dessert for 2.5 Syns

Don't let it beat you, and come nag us if you need help

I ALWAYS add a meringue nest, and sometimes I go super cheeky and I add a treat size bag of cadbury's chocolate buttons

I can only agree with what Sarah is saying! You are doing brilliant, and one day does not control your week! You can do it, and your fakeaway will probably taste awesome . I often flip out just as I am doing well, I think you just need to take a deep breath and remember what is your goals and motivations!

Oh me you both have given me ideas for my muller light times, I may have to go shopping ...
