Help

Hi,

So this is my first post on here. I've been really struggling to get back on plan after getting married. Feel huge and need a kick up the backside.

Have physically drawn a line in my book to try to get me back on track, and have got the husband on board doing it from home as of tomorrow.

Any support would be much appreciated as I really hate being the size I am, just finding it hard to get back into it and low in motivation!

There's a few of us that have struggled or are struggling, so you're in good company
Why not start a food diary thread? We can cheer you on as you go and help out if you've got any questions

Hello!

I know the feeling I am very much in the same boat, except my hubby is not following plan.

Just be kind to yourself and as Sarah said a food diary would be great as bot only will you get support, but people will not if you are slipping and set you straight.

Hi Ruth, welcome to the forum. Loads of us here doing SW so take a look at our food journals and start one yourself. I've found that being open to the world about what I'm eating is great motivation. Have a good week.

Hi Ruth I'm in the same boat. Can't get my head back in the game and on plan since Christmas! Decided enough is enough and been planning everything and weighing everything which I've never done before I've always estimated. Good luck with your week ahead xx
