What's a flexi-day?

I'm not ready to have one, don't worry but I'm wondering how it works

Do you have to save syns or is it a once in a while blow-out like an unexpected day out/night out

a flexi day is when you sit down in advance and work out how many syns you realistically need to get through the day, then you use those syns but dont go over them... so basically if you feel you need say 70 syns then set that as your target then then next day wipe the slate clean. Its just basically so you can remain in control.

if you take the batter off the fish its free according to SW but realistically i would still syn just a 2/3 just to make sure. Chips for an average portion is about 27/28, im in work atm but can double check for you when i get home.

I've got the 2012 book so according to that a stand portion of chips is 17.5 on EE, 27 on red and 17.5 on green. A large portion is 26 on EE, 40.5 on red and 26 on green.

Cod in batter for small is 10 on EE & red but 15 on green. Medium is 15 on EE & red but 22 on green and large is 19 on EE & red but 28 on green.

Incase you prefer haddock small is 9 on EE & red but 14 on green. Medium is 13 on EE & red but 19.5 on green and large is 17 on EE & red but 26 on green.

Both Cod & Haddock are free on EE & red if you remove the batter but on green it will still be 9 syns.

Hope that helps

A cheeseburger from a burger van/stall is 15.5 syns. A quarter pounder with cheese is 26.
