Well done on resisting the take away curry (just think of all that oily ghee you didn't have!).

Yesterday for me was on plan, HeA skimmed milk and HeB w/m toast and with 10 syns for Mayo, gravy and pack of wotsits. happy bunny

Good luck to you, spoony (and to everyone) for another on plan day today

Yesterday I had...

Breakfast - Weetabix x2 (Hexb) with skimmed milk (Hexa) with a banana and cherries and a Fudge Melt tea
Lunch - Mixed fruit pot (trapped, pineapple and apple), an apple and some turkey slices with sparklig water
Tea - Homemade chicken curry with brocolli, cauliflower, green beans and broad beans. Homemade onion bhajis (about 3 syns as it was supposed to make 12 but I made about 9 and had 4) had coke zero with this
Snacks - strawberry flavoured grapes, Alpen double chocolate bar (3.5 syns), one and a half chocolates from Lily Brien's chocolate collection (6 syns)

Ended it on 12.5 syns

Well done too Jo. Sounds like a fab day; I love the crustless quiche and have the ingredients to make it so I'll probably do that tomorrow.

Today's food is as follows;

B - 2x Weetabix (hexb), 160ml skimmed milk (hexa), a banana and strawberry flavoured grapes. Tea with milk (hexa allowance)
L - SW chilli con carne with veg. Sparkling water.
T - SW Herb and garlic chicken with roasted cherry tomatoes and red onions, roasted butternut squash and veg (broad beans, green beans, broccoli and cauliflower). Coke zero.
Snacks - Pink and White Marshmallow wafer (2.5 syns), grapes, mushy peas, Mikado sticks x 4 (2 syns)
Ending the day on 4.5 syns.

I'm posting this now as I'm out at a wedding reception thing later...

B - Weetabix x 2 (hexb), skimmed milk (hexa), banana and grapes. Tea with skimmed milk (hexa)
L - Subways salad with chicken and sweet onion sauce (2 syns) and SW chilli con carne (I want to be too full to be tempted by the food at the wedding!) coffee with skimmed milk (hexa)
T - who knows? I've saved syns from yesterday and most of them today. Fingers crossed for me as I don't want another gain on Tuesday.
Snacks - grapes, apple
