First of all, well done for losing a stone!! That is an awesome achievement, and yes it's taken you a bit longer but it will stay off so much more easily as well.

Also I just want to say my mum is always the first person I go to so don't feel bad about that!

Anything else I say will just be a repeat of what everyone else has said, but just a reminder that if you ever need a boost/support we're all here!

A friend of a friend used to attend WW meetings for a few weeks with amazing losses.....because she lived on cup-a-soups and crab sticks. Every time she got the weight off and every time she put it back on again when she started eating proper food!

We also had a member at a SW group I used to go to who had fantastic losses.....until someone who knew her mate found out she'd just had a gastric band earlier in the year!

hello bows I totally understand this and I under stand why you feel like you do. myself and my husband try too lose weight together and currently he weighs less than me and that has never happened before and we get all competitive which up until recently I weighed less and was winning. now I know I should be pleased he has lost weight but I hate the fact he weighs less than me and doesn't even follow the plan at all he has as much cereal in the morning while I have the 35g of oats follow plan closely how is that fair. now I also know men lose more quickly than woman but for the first time in our ten year relationship im the bigger one :-(.
on a brighter note you've lost a stone that's amazing well done and as others have said losing weight quickly doesn't keep it off I know that too well hun. keep going with the plan hun good luck
