Through the stone to your zone - 12 to 11

OK, I'm gonna do it...this was a Minimins thread that really helped me.

The idea is that you join the thread if you are in the 12's so that we can motivate each other to get into those hallowed 11's.

Hopefully it is a club that you aren't a member of for long!

So, anyone else in the 12's at the moment?

Hi! Nice to see you in the 12st club - although in the nicest possible way, I hope we will be saying good bye very shortly!

I have 5lbs to get out of the pesky 12s - initial weigh in looking promising this week but its only Monday and WI for me is Wednesday - so a bit early to tell!

And yes, hopefully we aren't here for long!

I've got 4.5lbs until I get out of the 12's... not sure about how WI will go tonight, had a pretty good week last week, but went away to Brighton for the weekend, and although I was very proud of myself Saturday daytime (I said no to cake several times, and no to ice cream on Sunday!) teatime wasn't the best Sat night, and Sunday also had a few unwated syns, so maybe a maintain for me... I really hope it isn't a gain! lol

Oh well, that is what flexible syns are for...well done on the resistance. Just think, a loss would be out of the question if you had caved at them all.

There is cake EVERYWHERE in the office today and I am constantly flexing my self control muscle - I think I have sprained it.

Just need to bottle this enthusiasm for the tough times!

2lbs off for me last night and even better, I overestimated my weight yesterday (I couldn't remeber what it was lol) so I was only 12st 4lb rather than 12st 4.5lb

Are you still feeling positive for tomorrow's weigh in?

Ooh well done you! That's a nice chunky loss, lovely stuff.

WI is tomorrow night, but yes, went for a run last night, have stuck to the plan 100% so I really hope so...only thing is I have been eating pretty close to my 15 syns a day - I have about 2.5 stones to loose, not sure if this has been too much? Will find out tomorrow!

Only 2lbs and you will be out of here then - have a good week!

We seem to be around the same numbers in terms of weight and target weight... but if you feel like it's too many, try reducing them. Or have you felt satisfied enough by using so many?

Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with using most of your syns, that's how I usually do it, I seem to always use between 10-15 each day, but mostly because I think I'd feel deprived if I didn't, but other times I try to limit them so I can have a flexi day and have a few drinks, like this weekend. Gives me something to look forward too also lol
