Newbie here! I stumbled across this thread and I am hoping it will give me the kick up the ever-growing behind that I need to get out of the 12's. I have been losing and gaining the same 3lbs for the last few weeks and enough is enough.
Back on the SW Wagon tomorrow so I have a week until my Sunday weigh-in.
