Really silly question!

How do you maintain on sw? If the principle is that you can eat as much free food as you like and lose and it's promoted as a lifestyle change, how do you stop losing and maintain? Do you just get to a point where you naturally maintain, or do you have to start eating more syns?

How many A's & B's, Wobbs? Any ideas? I know on green days you can have 2 A's and 2 B's so it's got to be more than that, surely? x

I didn't realise it was 2 of each on green! My days are constantly green!

Yeah I always have 2 of each on green, I think you can on red too? Haven't done SW for a long time so can't remember everything, will have to read my books again.

yes its 2 of each on green, usually its extra HEs to maintain.
