Sometimes the loss shows the following week... it might sound odd, but I'm one of those people that has a 'delay' in losses/gains showing. I can be way over syns one week, but have a loss the weigh in straight after, but it usually shows up on the weigh in after, even if I've been really good (I hope that makes sense to someone other than me lol)
But like other said, you could lose the inches rather than the weight... do any clothes feel looser?
And like Wobbles said, the pasta/rice/potatoes should be eaten in moderation. Yes they are free and we don't have
to weigh them, but eating buckets of them everyday won't be ideal, they're really stodgy foods.
Try changing your synned foods a bit too, I've been told that a few times. Your body can get used to processing the same foods, so throw something different in there to make your body work a bit more
