Back in 2013 I lost 25lbs, I started at 12st and got down to 10st 3lbs... I did really well, then I got a job and started to eat more and more crap. I decided to start again and weighed myself....11st 7lb
I started on the 10th of March and I have lost 12lbs so far. I don't go to group so I'm doing it from home.
