EE or Red/Green??

I'm starting today for the first time in a few years. Last time I did SW I followed the EE plan and hardly lost a thing . When I did it after having my son 20 years ago I did the Red/Green days and lost 2 1/2 stone! Does anybody else find this?

Hi, like you I am just starting SW and don't know which plan to use. I also did the Red (Original) plan a number of years ago with success but I have been on the EE for 5 weeks now and really not going anywhere. Going to try Red days too. Good luck

Hi, I'm also new to SW (this is my first week!) I'm trying to alternate between Red & Green at the moment but it's confusing getting my head around the plan - since I'm doing this with the books alone and not going to classes.

I really don't understand the EE plan - not sure how you can eat all that food (mixing Red & Green) properly without getting too confused or how you can lose weight on that plan!
Good luck

I agree, the first time I did SW there was only red or green, when I went back last year the consultant insisted that I did EE and I found myself losing only 0.25lb or some weeks even putting it on. I have returned to my red/green days and am losing on average 1lb a week which I am happy with. Good luck

I think using the red and green days are a lot easier to work out than EE.
