Hello, I just joined up to SW yesterday, so today is my first day on the EE plan. I am just wondering when they say have as much as you like, that cant really work can it?
Like today, I had a bowl of fruit for breakfast, one apple, one kiwi and a banana.
then I had 2 sticks of celery for a snack,
then for lunch, i had a large jacket potato, with a whole can of tuna in brine and a large salad,
didnt have a snack as I was fit to burst, then for dinner, I have done the chillicon carni, had one serving of that and a huge side of stir fry vedges on the side.
I just feel like these portions are huge, and I really don't know how I would loose weight, even if I have only eaten the free foods so far.
I feel like im fit to burst after most meals today, especially after I have filled a third of my plate with vedges and fruit.
Did you cut your portions back to make it work? or will it still work but just slowly?
Any advice would be fabulous
