Oh dear!!!!

Weekend away results in a 7 pound GAIN oooops!!!! Lol. Was a great weekend tho 😃

Just be good for the next week and try to cut your syns. Eat as much super free and super speed food as you can and try getting yourself back on track. It's so easy to just give up after these sorts of blips, but as long as you aren't going away every weekend you'll do just fine!

I bet a lot of that will be water weight hun! Just get back on track and drink lots of water and I'm sure that the weight will drop off.

I just can't believe that 3 days of bein away can result in a gain of 7 pounds it's shockin lol I didbt go crazy with eatin but did drink rather alot lol. I did get straight back on it so hopefully would of lost sum this week. Will find out later at my class. fingers crossed

Wow I'd have checked the scales? What did you eat/drink?

I would say water weight too and if you don't mind me asking is the monthly due also. Lot's of water and EXTRA good, I've pulled a similar gain back fine before x

I was away in Newquay last weekend. I didnt over eat I had 3 meals each day they just wasn't the healthiest lol. We stayed in a B an B so a sml fried breakfast 2days in a row. I had a pasty twice. I had hunters chicken an chips. A hot baguette oh an I had a mint chip choc ice cream. 2 nights of drinkin a lot lol. As u can c I didn't go mad but still put on 7pounds from Friday night to Sunday tea time. It's crazy lol. No not due on. I do have pcos so it's VERY easy for me to put weight on x x

Hmmm have you gone into extra good mode and a seriously high amount of water, which I should take my own advice about today

Aside that sometimes we just have to enjoy ourselves

Can you go a week with minimal syns or do you have to have them every day? I've always wondered this. I put on this week and really want a 100% week this week

To b honest i really don't understand the syn side of things the other week I went away for the weekend an put on 7lbs this week I was naughty again. had 6 alcoholic drinks and a kabab wrap an I lost 4 and a half pounds. My mum on the other hand doesn't drink was 100% good an only lost 1/2 a pound. When I'm 100% I don't lose as much as I do when I'm naughty I don't get it lol.
