Weigh in again!!!!

Only lost half a pound again that's 2 weeks in a row alittle disappointing when I've stuck to the plan 110% I duno where I'm goin wrong to b honest. the only thing I can put it down to is changing my pill an spottin the past two weeks. Was doin really well up untill then. But least I've lost a stone now in 5 weeks I'm happy with that

Aw Lisa sorry you're feeling a little disappointed but you haven't gained right?

I'm sure I've asked before but what kind of syns are you having on an average day?

It could be the pill effecting you right now, it should settle if that's the case.

Do you drink plenty of water?

I have around 10syns I usually have a curly wurly an a packet of French fries crisps. No I haven't gained thankgod lol I've now lost a stone in 5 weeks it's just the past 2 weeks of losing half a pound I dont understand. I drink plenty of squash not water on its own x

Sorry that you are feeling disappointed. It can be disheartening when you expect to lose more.
The body can be very strange though and you could find that you lose more next week. Sometimes I've held on to weight for a few weeks and then had a big loss the next week.
It is still a loss though and you've done great

Strange. Do you like rice cakes? Not that I'm saying never have crisps again but a random suggestion

Hmmm like Bev says the body is mind boggling, it can be quite common to see a good weight loss following a frustrating one so I will crossing fingers that happens for you on next weigh in

Hi wobbles yeah I do like rice cakes mayb I should give them a try mix my syns around with different things rather than usin them on the same stuff all the time. I think having my period for the 2 weeks really isn't helping but even tho the scales aren't showing much of a loss I still feel like I've lost if that makes sense. Yeah I log everything I eat an have re-read them an there's nothin at all that stands out. Everythin I eat is freshly made with plenty of fruit an salads or veg. I haven't cheated at all not even touched alcohol for 5 WEEKS!!!! Lol.
Today I've had
B - all bran crunch (heB) with mullerlight
L - bacon quiche (slimming world recipe) banana apple bag of rivitas mini (heB)
Snacks - more bacon quiche an cherries banana mullerlight yoghurt
Dinner- minced beef 5% fat with salad cottage cheese
Syns - curly wurly. French fries crisps an a hartleys jelly
Total of 11 an half syns
Mayb I'm eatin to much lol oh an 350ml of skimmed milk (heA) x x

I think maybe like you have said a mix up of syns would be good.

It's so hard to answer

I drink on weekends and managed fine but your cleanest alcohol is vodka thank goodness for me lol

Sounds like a good food plan to me although not sure about the 3 mullers in one day! I wonder what the calorie I take would be altogether. I was pretty strict with myself but that was to justify weekends to be fair

I hope the bleeding stops for you soon, it sounds like it could be contributing. Keep going it will turn around

Thanks I appreciate your help. I spoke to my slimming world leader an she can't find fault with my food diaries either she thinks it's down to the water retention due to my period an that it.ll sort it's self out. I'm very stricked too. It's only 2 mullerlights but still mayb 2 mullerlights in one day isn't a good choice will change that to just one. People in my group drink an eat out etc an still find they have a good loss. Where as I've been 110% good an get a rubbish loss lol think I might treat myself an have a drink this weekend 😃 lol thanks again x x
