If you can use less syns on some days that's not a bad thing but defo use at least half some days IMO

What part are you struggling with Crystal (with the syns)? As for breakfast I'm the same ... Have you tried overnight oats? Other than that I use shakes (just don't follow their specific diet),

Awww cool I'm not a breakfast person either till I discovered magic porridge it's absolutely lush it's 35g of porridge mixed with mullerlight yoghurt leave it over night in the fridge u can either eat it cold or warm it up I haven't tried it warm myself yet u can add fruit to it to make it last longer too lol. My syns I use on a curly wurly an a packet of French fries crisps every day that's 10syns for the both
