Confused.com

Ok I'm alittle stuck it says in the bs grab an go! Cereal bars bit that u can have 1 x alpen light bar then underneath that it says 2x alpen light bars so which is it to be? Can I have 1 or 2 Lol. says it with the hi fi light bars too.

OK don't quote me on this (because it's just the way I read it).

The S symbol key says:
These foods are low on extra low in energy density compared to the others in the same group, so they have extra slimming power.

So I would say it means you can have two, but one is better. Same for the Hi-Fi Light Bars

I can't get my head around the extra easy plan so I'm sticking to red an green days I feel comfortable with them an think I understand lol

I find EE a lot less restrictive on the foods I like Do you know how green days work? That's one thing I've missed by doing it from home. I see people on the sw facebook page talking about it.

Green days r your carbs like jackets rice pasta etc etc. U eat as much as u like u can add alittle protein which is a weighed amount an is counted as a b. I dont usually have meat when on a green day. I can only do a few green days as found in the past carbs make me weigh heavy so I shall do one or two a week. Also with red an green days u get to have 2 a.s an 2 b.s which is great don't think u can on EE

Hi, you can have two alpen light bars, or one normal alpen bar
