I just found out a really handy trick so had to share!
If you want work out how many Syn are in something when you're out and about and don't have a smartphone to check online - Have a look at the packet. Find the calories in it and divide by 20
I'm probably preaching to the choir here and you all know this, but it's gonna help me when it comes to impulse purchases. I can't count how many times I've picked something up a snack or something for a meal thinking it looks SW friendly and then found out it has like 25 syns in it
