buck wheat

Hi I have bought some Buck Wheat and been told by a friend it's classed as a super food (has no conection to wheat and is from fruit seeds) but i can't find it on free food list, does anyone have any information on how it should be classified? Is it free food and is it a speed food?
Thanks in adance

It isn't a speed food. Your speed foods are low in energy density.
It may be a superfood, but superfoods don't necessarily mean they'll be a speed food with SW.

It is a syn free food though
