Syn free and great hot or cold. Extremely easy to prepare (although takes at least a couple of hours sitting in the fridge).
1 Sachet Plain Oats So Simple (or 30g Porridge Oats) (HEB)
1 Mullerlight Vanilla Yogurt
Mix in a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or over night).
Enjoy hot or cold (although I prefer cold)
Add a sliced banana
