Women Fitness magazines

i love the Women's Health !

Great recipes , great workouts , great real life stories with real women

The magazine cover everything from health , weight loss, fitness, fashion etc...

I really enjoy reading it in my bath or with my morning breakfast .

its better to get a yearly subscription cost wise about 12 to 15 pounds yearly for 12 issues depending on a promotion etc...

i highly recommend it

I love reading dieting mags! I used to get the sw world one quite a bit and my mil's recently given me some ww ones! I love reading about other peoples weight loss and comparing myself to them *blush* I do go thru phases of buying fitness ones, but find them really expensive!

PrincessPikachu i think the best is to do a yearly sub for sure they usually always have a gift too most of time when you go via that route . I think it can be great birthday gift as well ! sometimes you have to clue what to give a friend but yearly sub in a interest of your friend maybe can be a cool idea i think
