Bean goulash

Just had this for tea and it was so filling and warming!

1 onion chopped
2tins chopped tomatoes
2tbsp smoked paprika
2 tins kidney beans

Soften onions, add paprika and fry for a couple of minutes.
Add tomatoes and a can of water, bring to boil.
Add kidney beans and simmer til reduced down.

Really simple, really tasty and really cheap! It cost less than £2 to feed 3 of us!

Sounds good Princess. I like the recipes that are filling, inexpensive and contain few calories. Thanks for the recipe. The only one I have is a cabbage soup and I'm kind of tired of that.

That looks so good. I hardly ever incorporate paprika into my dishes but I'd really like to. I've been meaning to use up the kidney beans that I have in the cupboard. I'll give this a shot later in the week and try to remember to post my review here.
