Diet recipe without sacrificing great taste food

Im sure there are diet recipe without sacrificing the great taste of your meal.
Mostly I heard they put less of salt, butter and etc.. just to cut down the calorie or fats of their food.

Is there an easy way to make our own recipe without sacrificing the taste of it? should be consult nutritionist to achieve this?

My personal opinion, you don't need to consult a nutritionist as such. Slimming World for example promotes cooking from scratch which makes your meals healthier.
Basically, don't use jars of sauces and make the sauce yourself. The jars tend to have oils and sugars in that you don't need and don't use when you actually make the sauce yourself.

And to me, the homemade things always taste better than the jars

I lost over 8 stone last year clover (only eating good food and no exercise) and pushed on by others I have started my own wee club where I teach people how to cook good, tasty, healthy and low cal/fat food. Look up clean eating and paleo. I generally look for food ideas through those kind of recipes also after a while you start knowing how to adapt other recipes that may not be so 'clean'. Eat whole when you have pastas and rice, opt for sweet potatoes instead of white and change oils for nut oil (I use coconut oil and ground nut).

By just changing the way you eat can give you great results both in w eight loss, energy, skin etc you certainly don't need a nutritionist although I too have had the advantage of food tips form my coach along side strength and conditioning.
