Just had a really yummy lunch and thought I'd share! Very quick, cheap curry!
1 onion roughly chopped
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tin chick peas
Various curry type powders
Soften onion, add tomatoes, chickpeas, spinach and curry powder, heat through til reduced down a bit!
I threw in too much spice, I just grabbed what I could find and wasn't concentrating
so added some low fat natural yoghurt. And I had it with a naan bread, which wasn't too healthy, but hey ho! Was bloody yummy though!
