- Egg white scrambled eggs with some chill flakes for a kick
- Banana and egg pancakes (or blueberries)
- Mini quiches just throw in whatever veg you fancy
- Or as above but as an omelette
- Scrambled egg white served with some avocado and vine tomatoes
- Scrambled egg white, bacon medallions and tin plum tomatoes
* Add a wholemeal english muffin to 1, 5 or 6 if desired!
