Sugar free jelly

I don't usually eat desserts but I have found that, since starting to watch what I eat, I am enjoying sugar free jelly and fresh or tinned fruit as dessert. I choose fruit in juice rather than syrup so, if you're counting points, it's negligible.

I like it for when I am having a craving for something a little sweet. Some of them have the sugar substitute aftertaste as mentioned, but others aren't so bad. I've had to try different brands to see which I liked best. I'm sort of partial to berry and apricot fruit spreads.

Equal is sweetener David?

I eat sugar free jelly, sometimes it's the only thing that takes my sweet cravings away. Raspberry especially is very sweet and I often make it up with less water.

I bought some yesterday. Thinking of chopping fruit into it whilst it sets as something different.

Never heard of Equal before. Is it British?
